Questions, answered.
A few things clients commonly ask before their first session. Anything else, the studio is one message away.
How far in advance should I book a session?
We recommend booking about two weeks ahead. Sessions can also be booked according to the dates available in the booking calendar.
What does the deposit cover, and is it refundable?
The SAR 200 deposit secures your date and the studio's preparation time, and is credited in full against your total on session day. It is fully refunded if you cancel more than ten days before the session. Rescheduling once is always free.
How and when do I pay the remaining balance?
The remaining balance is settled in studio on the day of your session via POS (Mada, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, or cash).
What is included in each session?
Every session includes dedicated time and professional lighting. Styling details, the number of final images, delivery time, and any extras vary by session type and are set out on each booking.
When do I receive my photos?
Your session photos are sent within seven working days via a link, and the final retouched images are delivered within 14–21 working days depending on the scope of the session.
Do you photograph on location or only in studio?
Both. The Jeddah studio is the primary location, location sessions within Jeddah are available, and shoots outside Jeddah are priced per project. Enterprise campaigns are by arrangement.
What should I bring and wear?
A preparation guide with styling notes tailored to your session is sent after booking. As a rule: bring two to three outfits, avoid busy patterns, and arrive with hair and make-up done unless you've arranged styling at the studio.
Will my photos be published online?
Only with your written consent. A separate photo-release agreement is signed before any publication. Private sessions stay private, and we always welcome clients who prefer not to have their photos shown in the gallery or on social media.
